These are cleaned water buffalo ribs from Vietnam. They average 15" to 20" long (measured along the curve) and 1.5" to 3" at the widest. The ribs come from domesticated water buffalo that were killed for food. The animals were not killed just for the ribs.
These water buffalo teeth were taken from domesticated water buffalo. The teeth have been cleaned and come undrilled (they do not have holes in them). They are ideal for craft projects or for making pendants. They can be stained in tea to make them look old fashioned. The teeth vary in size and are approximately 1.5" to 1.75" long and 1/2" to 5/8" wide. Domesticated water buffalo are not endangered. The teeth were by-product of the food industry.
