These are cleaned, real deer bones. The deer bones are cleaned by bugs and then washed and whitened. The small deer shoulder blades average 4" to 7" long and 3" to 4" wide. Average weight is about 1 to 1.4 ounces (30 to 45 grams) depending on size and how dried out they are.
The shoulder blades are from white tail deer. All other bones are from white tail deer or mule deer.
White tail deer are not endangered species and are not subject to CITES controls.
A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the U.S.
