These are genuine leather hat bands with a Prairie rattlesnake skin outer. You will receive something that is similar to the photos, not the exact item. There are slight variations in each piece as these are made from natural items. This is a 5/8" (0.625") wide hat band with an upright rattle and rattlesnake skin on just the outside.
