As there can be tremendous variation from tail to tail in terms of size, shape, color, pattern, etc., we have photographed each tail one by one so you see what you will be getting.
The skunks were legally harvested in the wild (mostly in the U.S.) and purchased from fur auctions in Canada. We then tan them in the United States.
Many people use skunk tails for making flies for fly fishing as well as for crafts and exotic products.
Please note that all skunk tails typically have some trace odor from the skunk. It is usually not very pungent, but does exist. If you think will be a problem (instead of a selling point), please do not order.
Skunk are not endangered and are not covered by CITES.
A USFWS export permit is required for all exports outside of the U.S.
