This is a tanned, dyed, acid-washed, and sheared beaver skin.
These are craft grade skins used to test dyes and acid washes and are not first quality. They are not high quality skins and will have imperfections on them. Please look at the pictures carefully so you understand what you are buying.
If you are trying to make something with the beaver skin (like a blanket or throw or pillows), please keep in mind that the usable size will be smaller than the maximum dimensions.
Sheared beaver skins have all of the long guard hairs removed and only the dense underfur remains.
Beaver are not an endangered species.
A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
