This is assorted scrap from making rugs and chaps using longhair sheepskin. The hair is typically 6" to 8" long. This is not shearling.
As of October 2024, we have white pieces (some yellowed and with bald spots) and nice brown/blonde pieces.
Icelandic sheepskins are not endangered. The animals were not killed for their hides. The hides are a by-product of the food industry.
