    These Native-made Iroquois peace pipes are made from soapstone. You will get one similar to the one shown, but not the exact item. There will be slight variation from pipe to pipe in design, feathers, and beads used.

    The Iroquois Turtle Pipe measures 6" (15 cm) long. These pipes come with leather ties, beads and feathers. The turtle carving measures 2.75" long by 2.75" wide, and the pipe weighs about 5 oz.

    These pipes are made by Ramon Mitten (Six Nations, Seneca band 1503), an Iroquois artist living on the Tonawanda Reservation in upstate New York.
