The smudge kit contains loose white sage with a small pink abalone shell in a 3 by 4 inch plastic bag. The abalone shell is about 2" long by 1" wide.This item is not fit for human consumption. When exported from the USA, Mexican abalone shells are subject to USFWS export processing fees at overseas rates, not at NAFTA rates as one would think.
