One of two species known as kudu, the Greater kudu is a woodland antelope native to eastern and southern Africa. Their twisting horns are often used as musical instruments. Greater Kudu are not an endangered species and are not subject to CITES controls. A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
