These are real North American buffalo teeth from bison, not water buffalo. They have been cleaned, but are NOT drilled. They are ideal for making pendants. We store the black bear teeth in mineral oil to keep them from cracking. They are the natural color with stains. Just wipe them off to remove any gunk on them from shipping. They are ideal for craft projects or for making pendants. They can be stained in tea to make them look old fashioned. The teeth vary in size and are approximately 1.5" to 1.75" long and 1/2" to 5/8" wide. Domesticated water buffalo are not endangered. The teeth were by-product of the food industry.
